Wir haben öffentlichen Nahverkehr direkt um die Ecke. Dann braucht man natürlich für das, was wir an Idee hatten, jede Menge Platz. Den haben wir hier auch gefunden. Und mit so einem verrückten Projekt muss man dann auch einen Partner finden, der sagt, wir haben da Lust drauf. In Summe ist Düsseldorf als Standort wahnsinnig spannend und sehr lebendig. Und deswegen glaube ich, das kann man ganz gut zusammenfassen, dass wir einfach von der Location an sich überzeugt waren und von dem Potenzial, das das Areal hat. Und natürlich ist es auch relativ zentral mit der Nähe zum Flughafen, zur Innenstadt, zu Meerbusch, Düsseldorf, Krefeld, der Ruhrpott ist um die Ecke. Also ich glaube, in Summe kann man sich nicht beschweren, was das Einzugsgebiet angeht. Da hatten wir auch ganz viele Partnermieter mit dabei, also z.B. die Trommler von Wadokyo, die dann bei uns im Beachclub getrommelt haben, Enkelson - Düsseldorfer Sänger, der bei uns gesungen hat und wir haben gerade zum Opening einfach wahnsinnig tolle Rückmeldungen bekommen. Häufig sind für uns Anekdoten, diese klassischen Events, die stattfinden. Zum Beispiel ein Nachbarschaftsfest, das erste war ganz, ganz fantastisch. Wenn es um lustige Anekdoten geht auf dem Areal, kann ich sagen, dass wir wirklich lange gebraucht haben, um unsere Post am Anfang zu finden. Those are the normal anecdotes. When it comes to funny anecdotes on the site, I can say that it took us a really long time to find our post at the beginning. Was wir uns noch wünschen, wäre eine bessere Hallenübersicht, sodass alles noch sichtbarer wird. Und ansonsten sind wir in erster Linie gespannt, wer alles an Mietern noch dazukommt. Also die Wünsche sind relativ breit gefächert. Von toller Gastronomie, über mehr Sportangebot, über ganz andere spannende Projekte, die wir uns jetzt noch gar nicht vorstellen können.
