Interview with Dr. Kirsten Penner and Anna Friedrichs from the vet in the Areal Böhler
Your favorite place on the Areal Böhler? Is there a particular place that you particularly like?
Dr. Kirsten Penner: Definitely the Böhler Café. It has a great atmosphere and we can bring our dogs with us. The team there is also great. Rigatoni & Riesling is also great, but the Böhler Café is perfect for our lunch break.
Anna Friedrichs: As it's quite spacious here, it's practical if you're out and about with several dogs.
Have you ever taken part in events or activities at Areal Böhler and if so, how did you find them?
Dr. Kirsten Penner: Yes, the Christmas market was great. We were there as a team. The tenants' breakfast is always nice too, but otherwise we often don't have the time.

How would you describe Areal Böhler?
Dr. Kirsten Penner: Familiar.
Anna Friedrichs: Definitely. It's exciting because it's developing so well. Open, friendly. Simply great.
Dr. Kirsten Penner: There's always a positive energy when you drive through the gate. We are very happy to be here. Everyone is nice and helpful. It feels a bit like a village in the city.
Why is Areal Böhler the perfect place for your veterinary practice?
Anna Friedrichs: The good energy that the Areal Böhler radiates is just great. It's very well connected and we have parking right outside the door. The colorful mix here is refreshing and it's always relaxed, even though the tenants are so different.
Are there any special experiences or anecdotes during your time as tenants on the site? Anything funny or special?
Dr. Kirsten Penner: It's always funny when trade fairs take place and we don't know exactly what they are. We can often tell from the people walking past whether it's a shoe fair or an IT fair. I find that very amusing.
On the subject of the future. Is there anything you would like to see in the area or anything we can improve?
Dr. Kirsten Penner: That it remains colorful. That would be great. There should still be lots of artists here.
Anna Friedrichs: I like the greenery between the buildings. If the little vet could make one wish, it would be for more green space, with a fence around it. And maybe a baby alpaca in it.
Dr. Kirsten Penner: And a baby donkey!
